Q: Can I pay over the phone?

A: We do accept credit card payments on 01253 720200 from Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. No bank details of yours are kept at any point when taking payment. They are simply entered into the payment terminal and processed at the time of the call. For higher value transactions, we may need to take extra security measures before we can complete the transaction and process the order.

Q: Are all the items displayed in stock?

A: We always aim to have everything that we list available in stock to ensure we can maintain a fast and efficient service to our customers. Any items we do list that are not kept in stock can often be shipped directly from our suppliers within the stated delivery period, again to ensure a prompt service. If on the very rare occasion a customer purchases an item that is not in stock, available or has been discontinued, we will inform them straight away and they will then be given the choice as to whether they would like to wait on the products delivery or would prefer a full refund to be granted.

Q: How reliable is the delivery service?

A: At Vida, given the nature of our products we feel there is a great importance in providing a fast and reliable delivery service. We know that any delay in the products delivery will only set the customer back in achieving their domestic goals. We therefore ensure that we use a service which is much closer to the customer, and much closer to ourselves as a supplier. The couriers used provide us with a personal account manager which ensures that should any problems occur, they are identified within the first 24 hours, and therefore resolved more promptly.

Q: What if I have not received my product in the specified time limit?

A: If by chance you have not received your item within the time we specify please contact us at your earliest convenience, either by phone or email. This will enable us to chase the courier straight away to find out the reasoning behind the delayed delivery.

Q: Can I collect my item once i have purchased it?

A: As stated previously, the majority of our products are kept in stock and so are available for collection. We would advise that before collecting an item you contact us in advance to arrange this either by phone on 01253 720200 or by email. This is just to confirm the item is on hand at our premises and to ensure that a member of staff is available to handle your enquiry when you arrive.

Q: Can I purchase more than one item?

A: Although the listings generally only offer individual products, we are more than happy to allow you to purchase more than one of each item. Furthermore, we often offer discounts on additional products. Again we would suggest you contact us to ensure the extra items are in stock.
