Returns Procedure

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. However, there may be times when you need to return your product and we have devised our returns procedure to be as simple and understandable as possible.

Unwanted Products

Vida will refund or exchange any unwanted products providing reasonable care has been taken of the products.

Your desire to return or exchange a product should be notified to Vida within 30 days of receiving the delivery. We can only accept returns provided they are unused, in their original packaging and have not been custom made in any way. If we find that the product has not been returned to us in a reasonable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund for the item.

The customer is expected to pay the return postage costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Faulty Products

Our goods should arrive in excellent condition. However, if a product arrives damaged, incorrect or faulty, we will be happy to refund or exchange the product as appropriate. We may choose to collect the item or alternately would pay for the return postage. We may also request images of any visible faults to assist us in rectifying your claim in the quickest possible time.

Faulty products should be reported within 7 days starting the day after the product has been delivered. After the 7 day period faulty goods can only be replaced in accordance with any warranty provided by the manufacturer.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Responsibility for Returned Goods

Please note: Any goods returned are the responsibility of the sender and we recommend sending them back by a registered or recorded method. Vida cannot accept responsibility for any returned goods lost in transit. We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us. A refund of the delivery charge incurred in delivering the returned product will also be given in the instance of incorrect, damaged or faulty goods.

If collection of an item is required, we will charge you the cost of collection (up to £150) which would be notified at the time of cancellation. If this course of action is taken we would accept any responsibility for the items once collected and in transit.
